Sellers must maintain a PayPal vendor account to accept payments for all purchases made on Perkasie Marketplace. Buyers may use any form of payment accepted by the Shopify payments system and seller. This policy sets forth the rights and responsibilities of buyers and sellers regarding financial transactions executed through Perkasie Marketplace.

Sellers are responsible for handling disputes, returns, refunds, or other buyer concerns or complaints. Sellers may report buyers or users for abusive or discriminatory language, discrimination as defined by our Safety and Inclusivity Policy, or fraudulent reviews by contacting info@marketplacepd.com.
Sellers are responsible for providing Perkasie Marketplace with any information necessary for becoming a verified seller with us. Sellers may be asked to provide proof that they are legally permitted to do business, are compliant with local, state, and federal law, are creditworthy and financially capable of maintaining transactions, and are not engaged in business activities that would violate our Terms and Conditions or Safety and Inclusivity Policy.
Perkasie Marketplace will not act as a collection agent, arbitrator, or mediator on behalf of buyers or sellers. All decisions made by Perkasie Marketplace regarding buyer and seller accounts, activity, or transactions are made for the sole purpose of protecting our interests and our compliance with third-party terms of service or applicable laws.
At no time may sellers claim or appear to represent, act as an agent of, or act as the staff of Perkasie Marketplace.
Buyer Rights and Responsibilities
Buyers accept responsibility for their purchasing activity on Perkasie Marketplace. Buyers understand that their transactions are with individual sellers and that Perkasie Marketplace is not bound to any sellers or providers. Buyers understand that when communicating with sellers, they are not communicating with Perkasie Marketplace.

Perkasie Marketplace is not liable for the fraudulent, illegal, misrepresentative, or discriminatory behavior or activity of any buyer or seller. Buyers may report sellers for abusive or discriminatory language, discrimination as defined by our Safety and Inclusivity Policy, failure to provide purchased goods or services, or failure to address buyer disputes, returns, refunds, concerns or complaints by contacting info@marketplacepd.com. Perkasie Marketplace will investigate reports and take appropriate action per our Terms and Conditions or Safety and Inclusivity Policy up to and including legal action. Perkasie Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or ban users, IP addresses, accounts, or transactions if that is deemed the appropriate action.
